Footings

This past Saturday morning, the construction crew poured in new concrete footings.

Rebars

After a few days of continuous rain, the footing rebars are finally in place.

Bathroom Floor

Job Site Sign

The job site sign is installed!

During construction

To provide access for the new Mechanical Room, part of the existing footings will be removed. Prior to cutting and removing this area, the new footings and foundation walls will be installed and will support the existing footings on each side of the opening.

Rain vs. Excavation

If you are driving by the site it may look like we are building a green house, but the plastic is just there temporarily to provide protection from rain for the excavated crawl spaces and future footings.
