Under the deck storage

By installing the metal pans between the deck floor joists, we provided a deck drainage system that keeps the space under the deck dry and usable for the Owners.

Salvage & reuse existing materials

Remember all those bricks we removed from the existing house and stored on site in big piles? See attached the new brick walkway built using the existing salvaged brick. Nothing goes to waste!

A lot of work happening in the back yard this last few weeks.

Landscape

New stone steps installed on the east side of the house. In the next few days we will use the existing salvaged brick to create a beautiful brick patio & walkway.

Stucco

The stucco mock-up board is ready for review. Beautiful colors soon to be applied on the house!

Deck

The view from the deck is spectacular. The 180° view of the backyard makes you feel like you are in a treehouse.
