Footings

Due to an unforeseen condition (a lot of fill), the crew has to dig a little more to provide good bearing soil for the deck footings.

The aluminum storefront frames are installed in both the Living Room and Bonnie's Room. The views of the backyard woods from these two rooms are spectacular.

Garage glass block opening

The Garage glass block opening is complete. The solution provides both natural light into the garage and privacy.

HVAC System

A picture of the 12" round ERV fresh air intake or exhaust grill. You will notice (2) on the west facade hidden beneath the cantilevered addition.
